Mission Statement
To help our students recognize the Motivational Gifts listed in Romans 12: 6-8 at work in Children. Knowing the characteristics of each gift will help adults to “train up the children in the way they should go” through encouragement, discipline, and personal development. This will also help adults to appreciate the uniqueness of each child and adjust the way they deal with each personality type.
Objectives of the Course
• To help parents recognize the characteristics of each Motivational Gift and understand how their children’s behavior patterns are influenced by their gifts.
• To help parents and others who work with children to become more effective at raising the children they are responsible for.
• To help parents, teachers and others who work with children to understand how to train, discipline and steer their children into God’s divine purpose for their lives.
Vision Statement
Our vision at Purpose Finders is to help adults in understanding their children’s Motivational Gifts. Our aim is to empower our students and help them to maximize their effectiveness as parents, teachers and mentors. Our focus is on helping them to steer children in the ways that God has pre-ordained for them, and to help them to develop and mature in their gifts before they reach adulthood. The end result is a home or learning environment that is positive, productive and pleasurable.
Scheduling a Course
The Children’s Spiritual Gifts course is a 9-12-hour course that can be broken down in many ways. We are flexible and willing to accommodate your schedule. Some students have taken the course over a 12-week period, for 1 hour per week; others have completed the course through a two-day seminar. The options are plentiful. Course Summary
Most parents and adults that work with children do not know their own God-Given Motivational Gifts, let alone the gifts of the children they are responsible for mentoring on a day-to-day basis. Romans 12:6-8 describes the 7 categories of gifts that were given to all of us by God when he formed us in the womb. Once an adult is able to recognize these gifts in their children, they can begin to “train” them properly in the way they should go according to Proverbs 22:6. Through the Discover Your Children’s God-Given Gifts Program – Originally designed by Don and Katie Fortune – you can discover your Children’s gifts and help them to develop in those gifts.

Discovering Your Spouse’s God-given Gifts

Mission Statement
To help married couples discover each other’s God-given Motivational Gifts listed in Romans 12: 6-8. Once each mate learns to recognize the Motivational Gifts at work in their spouse, they will be able to better understand their spouse’s actions, habits and behavior. Understanding each other’s gifts will give them the opportunity to encourage one another in pursuing their purpose in life.
Objectives of the Course
• To help married couples recognize and appreciate the Motivational Gifts of their spouses.
• Help married couples to understand how their behavior patterns and habits are influenced by their gifts.
• Expose married couples to possible conflicts associated with their gifts and help them avoid and solve those conflicts without damaging their marriages.
• Encourage married couples to help each other to develop their gifts and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.

At Purpose Finders, our vision is to help decrease the divorce rate among married couples by helping them to appreciate the uniqueness of their mates. We aim to empower them by exposing them to certain behavioral patterns and habits that could cause problems in their marriages and link those patterns back to the gifts. This way, each individual can improve on his or her weaknesses and strengthen the marriage. Once the couple becomes aware of the gifts, they can work together to pursue God’s purpose for their lives.
